All domestic shipments are entrusted to the standard GLS courier service (1-2 working days).
Shipping is free of charge for amounts of €50 or more.
All European shipments are entrusted to the FEDEX economy courier service (5 working days).
Shipping is free for amounts of 100€ or more.
Customs duties are paid by the customer.
All non-European shipments are handled by the FEDEX express service (7-10 working days). Shipping is free of charge for amounts equal to or greater than 500€.
Any eventual import costs or taxes are at the customer's expense.
Due to special international conditions the customer has to bear the shipping costs.
Orders are dispatched on the first working day following the day on which the order was placed with a 2:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. schedule, subject to confirmation of availability and bank verification for payments by bank transfer.
During the period of sales, promotions, events or national holidays, shipments may take longer.
Shipping is not free of charge for limited edition items or special releases.
GLS delivery times vary from 1 to 2 working days.
FEDEX delivery takes 3 working days. If the customer is absent on the first delivery attempt, the courier will make a new attempt on the next working day.
If the courier is unable to make the delivery after 2 attempts, you will be contacted to agree a new delivery date.
For foreign shipments these costs will be communicated by email.
If for any reason the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund due.
Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase may request a return for size exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by accessing the "returns" section of their user profile.
It is not possible to return releases.
Refunds will be processed as soon as you have completed the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item using the same payment method chosen by the customer.
Returned goods must not have been worn or washed and must be in the original packaging in which they were shipped, including the original tags.
Once the return request has been made, the customer will receive an RMA code and instructions by email. Unauthorised shipments will be refused.
The customer has 10 days from authorisation to return the purchase.
Return shipping costs will be retained.
